About Nancy
I am a national and international level Taekwondo athlete who began training at the age of nine, initially for self-defense, which soon became a competitive passion. Competing at district, state, national, and international levels has shaped my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure while balancing academics. Through Taekwondo, I have developed strong values of leadership, consistency, teamwork, and integrity. I enjoy mentoring others and sharing realistic fitness guidance to help students grow physically, mentally, and confidently.
