About Sam at CT Training
A top 30 tennis player for Men’s Open in Canada, a high of a 12 UTR with experience at the professional level. I have been playing competitive tennis for almost 20 years and I know exactly what it takes to be the best you can be on court and that requires you properly taking care of yourself fitness-wise. This does not mean training like a bodybuilder, but it means training like an athlete and being efficient with your training.

(concealed information) - I offer a platform for tennis-specific strength & conditioning training designed to make you more fit, faster, stronger, and more explosive on court. Whether you’re a beginner in tennis or a beginner in strength training, the program is built entirely around your experience, level, goals, and injury history. All of the sessions are efficient 45 to 60 minute workouts that will build strength and conditioning at the same time that you can do in a gym or at home. The program will be delivered to your email and comes in an app format that will automatically refresh monthly to progress you with difficulty and new workouts over time. In addition, you will get access to my complete library of mobility, warm-up, and stretching routines, as well as an interval training interface alongside reactive drills to improve your agility and first step quickness.
