I am a certified yoga instructor in 2016 (200hrs). I have experience teaching classes at different levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced students) as well as attention and treatment for people with special needs (people with functional diversity, senior citizens and children).

The classes are designed under the traditional and ancestral principles of the teaching of Yoga. We will cover mental and spiritual physical work, attending to the individual needs and abilities of each student. The idea is that we participate together in this learning and growth process. They last between 60min and 90min, in which we will cover: -Breathing and meditation practice -Asana practice (yoga postures) -Final relaxation
