I am currently a Junior in college, but have been doing yoga for as long as I can remember. I am currently studying Kundalini yoga through Yogamu, but am versed in other schools as well. I look forward to working with you to achieve your fullest potential!

Our first meeting will be all about your goals. We will meet together, go over a physical yoga practice and meditation plan that meets those goals, I’ll give you your homework (sorry guys!), I will guide you in a meditation, and then send you into the world with yogic knowledge! My goals in teaching others is to create a happier, more grounded world.
