About Rosie
I am a graduate historian at Cambridge University, with a passion for all elements of history and writing. I achieved a 9 and A* in my history GCSE and A Level respectively, and have since helped teach both content and technique to others. I am currently studying for my postgraduate PGCE im Secondary History at Cambridge. I have experience teaching history from ages 11-20 across all major exam boards, both privately and in the classroom.

I have experience tutoring at GCSE and A Level, as well as having worked with younger children.
Lessons would typically be hour slots, and at a pace dictated by the student. We would read through essays together and work on improvements, as well as discussing and debating wider concepts to allow for a stronger grasp on the subject content. Lessons would usually be divided into exam practice and review, and separately broader themes and ideas.
I am also happy to provide help with writing technique, proof reading and exam skills.
If required, Oxbridge interview practice would involve talking through a series of past year subject-specific questions as well as broader interview technique.
