About Mansi

I have been practising yoga from last 15 years, and it has helped me in my overall development as a person. Apart from benefitting our health, mind and body, it helps us in our overall development as a human being. It has taught me patience, it has given me strength to tackle my problems and stand strong, and I want to impart this skills in all.

About the lesson

In the class we will learn about the nuances of yoga, the benefits of yoga and how we can make yoga our daily routine. I will guide you throughout the session. The classes are intended for all, be it children, adults etc.
