I am a recent pharmacy graduate with a special scope on physical knowledge and means to improve health and wellness. My graduation project was about nutrition and supplements in athletes.

I generally make a basic understanding of physiology, how muscles function, the different muscle groups involved in different movements, and how to establish a firm muscle-mind connection before engaging in anything else. Then, once this is established, we go on directly with achieving results.
