About Gonzalo
I am a pharmacist who studied pure chemistry before enrolling in the degree of Pharmacy. I have been working as an online Chemistry, but also Spanish tutor. The students I tutor are mostly located in New York, US; hence, the sessions are always conducted in English unless the student has advanced knowledge of Spanish.

I help the students to come up with the solution for the problems. I do not give answers, but try to make the student understand how to get them. Tutoring for me is not about solving assignments for the student, instead of helping the her / him to answer the question. Regarding the language of instruction, I can tutor in English and Spanish. Dutch is still work in progress :)

Ik heb Gonzalo ontmoet tijdens een Summer School, waar hij me de beginselen van het salsadansen heeft geleerd. Gonzalo legt rustig uit en zonder druk op je te leggen, waardoor je vertrouwen krijgt in je eigen kunnen. Als leidende danser hielp hij enorm om de pasjes erin te krijgen en gaf ook goede persoonlijke tips. En bovenal was het heel erg leuk! Ik zou het in de toekomst graag weer doen.
