I encourage my students to be active and play a part in their learning process, since it helps them to maintain their attention, and also to create a sense of belonging to a community of learners. To this end, I apply 4C approach, Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, Creativity within my tutorials to build their skills, not only for their academic success in their writing, but also for their life-long learning. I also encourage students to explore and incorporate in their own work the academic language conventions relevant to their specific discipline.
