I have a long-term passion for teaching about the use, benefits, and importance of plants and fungi in an agricultural setting, given their pivotal role in food production. I have significant hands-on biology research experience, having a PhD in plant pathology and plant-fungal interactions, followed by postdoctoral experience in agricultural biotechnology. My approach towards teaching relies on real-world examples, tackling difficult research questions.
