About Julienne
Hello! I'm Dr. Julienne Guischard, a Miami-based educator with a PhD and MS in Psychology from Keiser University. I graduated with honors and am a member of Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology. I also hold a BS in Political Science and am currently completing an MS in Behavioral Health on the BCBA track, so I know firsthand what it takes to succeed as a student today.
Beyond academics, I bring over ten years of leadership experience as an operations executive, where I trained, coached, and developed managers and teams across multiple states. That experience taught me how to explain complex ideas clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and help people build real confidence.
I'm patient, organized, and genuinely invested in my students' success. Whether you're tackling a tough course, writing a research paper, or working on your dissertation, I'll meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

As a PhD in Psychology who graduated with honors and is a Psi Chi member, I make psychology clear and practical, not just something to memorize. My approach is structured and supportive. I start by finding out where you are, what your course or assignment requires, and how you learn best. Then I break hard concepts into simple pieces and connect them to real-life examples.
A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in on your goals. Next we review the key concepts, work through practice questions or your current assignment together, and finish with a short summary and next steps so you leave knowing exactly what to do.
What sets me apart is the mix of academic depth and real-world experience. I've completed a dissertation from start to finish. I've also spent over ten years leading and training teams as an operations executive, so I know how to explain ideas clearly and keep students motivated and organized.
My lessons are for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. I help with intro and advanced psychology, research methods, statistics, APA writing, and thesis or dissertation support.
