About Lance
My name is Lance, and I am a professor of music. I have a strong academic background in music, with a Bachelors and Masters in music performance, and a PhD in Music Theory. I am a professor teaching at Dallas College, and offer private lessons online and in my home studio for my primary instrument, singing, plus piano and saxophone. I offer a comfortable learning environment for students of all levels, from those who have never sung, picked up a saxophone, or touched a piano in their lives, to active performers looking to reach that next level.
For those seeking tutoring in music theory or history, I have a deep knowledge base covering essentially all things classical, and most things pop, jazz, and musical theater, and years of experience teaching all ages.
