About Vito Giuseppe
I graduated with honors in Theoretical Physics, and I’m set to defend my PhD in Physics this January at the University of Bari. I’ve loved physics and math for as long as I can remember, and I always try to explain even the trickiest ideas in a simple and intuitive way. In my research, I study how symmetries change in quantum systems — but what I really enjoy is helping students understand things that at first seem impossible and watching their confidence grow as everything starts to make sense.

When I teach Physics, I always start with concrete examples. A formula on its own doesn’t say much — it needs a real phenomenon, something the student can picture. First we understand what happens in the world, then we place the math and theory where they belong. This makes concepts feel more natural, less abstract, and above all, more memorable. For Mathematics, my approach is very application-oriented. My academic background taught me to use mathematics as a tool rather than an obstacle: every definition, every step, every theorem must have a clear purpose. I always try to show the “why” behind each rule, while keeping the level of rigor needed to build strong foundations. My lessons are never identical, because everyone has their own pace, strengths, and difficulties. That’s why I build the learning path together with the student. We usually start by defining goals and identifying the main challenges. Then we alternate between explanations, guided examples, and targeted exercises, making sure no concept is left unclear. The goal is not only to pass a test or an exam, but to help the student reach a point where they feel confident, capable, and independent.
