About Ayodeji
Innovative and results-driven scientist with over 15 years of experience in assay development, molecular biology, diagnostic innovation, and R&D projects from concepts to product development across both plant health and human clinical applications. I currently direct the Plant Disease Diagnostics Laboratory at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, where I oversee high-complexity testing, R&D projects, and regulatory compliance to protect Maryland growers from invasive and economically important pathogens.
