About Pritika
I am a PhD-qualified educator and academic mentor with experience in English Literature, academic writing, communication skills, and critical thinking. Having worked with institutions such as SP Jain Global (currently working) and IIM Indore, I have been involved in teaching, curriculum design, learner assessment, and professional readiness training. My academic journey and professional experience have allowed me to work with undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD learners across diverse learning environments. I have guided students in literary analysis, research writing, presentations, dissertations, and communication development. Alongside academia, I have also worked in AI training and model evaluation, which has strengthened my understanding of analytical thinking, structured communication, and emerging digital learning spaces. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence, intellectual curiosity, and skills that extend beyond the classroom.

Depending on the learner’s goals, sessions may focus on English language improvement, academic writing, literature, communication skills, critical thinking, research guidance, or interview and presentation preparation.
I emphasize clarity of concepts, structured learning, and practical application rather than rote memorization. Classes are personalized according to the student’s level, pace, and objectives. Along with strengthening subject knowledge, I also focus on improving analytical thinking, articulation, and overall academic confidence through discussions, exercises, feedback, and real-world examples.
