About Divya
I am a PhD Scholar at South Asian University, specializing in Climate Change. I hold an honors degree in Geography from Miranda House and a Master's degree in Geography from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. I have qualified UGC-NET twice.
I also have a strong academic background under the CBSE curriculum. I scored 95.4% in Class X, including 98/100 in Social Science, and 97% in Class XII, including 99/100 in Geography and 99/100 in Political Science.
My academic journey has given me a strong foundation in Geography and related social sciences, while my current doctoral research allows me to connect classroom concepts with contemporary issues related to climate change, environment, society, and development.
I aim to bring this combination of academic knowledge and clear, structured explanation into my teaching. My goal is not simply to help students memorize answers, but to help them understand concepts, improve their analytical skills, and become more confident in examinations.

I offer online Geography and Social Science classes for students in Classes 9–12, with an emphasis on conceptual clarity, strong fundamentals, and effective exam preparation. For Classes 9–10, I teach Social Science with particular focus on Geography, while for Classes 11–12, I offer Geography as a subject.
My teaching approach combines clear explanations with maps, diagrams, real-world examples, and discussions to make concepts easier to understand and retain. I also provide support with NCERT-based learning, school examinations, revision, map work, answer writing, and doubt-solving. I believe in an holistic exam-oriented preparation.
Each class is adapted to the student's level, syllabus, learning pace, and specific academic needs. I encourage students to ask questions and understand the reasoning behind concepts rather than relying only on memorisation.
Classes are conducted entirely online and are structured to be interactive, focused, and academically useful.
