Fundamentally, everybody learns differently, and rigidly forcing students to follow the same lesson plan over and over again is going to lead to boredom and disengagement. With this in mind my aim is to situate problems in the real world, work through different examples and to get my students to look at the material in a way that maybe they haven't before. If you are looking for tutoring then something isn't working for you, and my first priority is to find a way to engage you, pull you into the subject and turn learning from a chore into something truly enjoyable.
I am a Medical Physics PhD student at University College London, working in the Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Department. I have a wealth of experience in the field, my focus has always been practical, lab-based work, applying theory in a way that has tangible results in the real world. I have done some tutoring in an informal setting as an undergraduate, and work as a postgraduate teaching assistant at the university, but really enjoy teaching one-on-one in a way that I can be flexible and work around my students needs.
