I have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and I have been working with residential care since my formation. I serve teenagers, adults and seniors, with in-person classes, online, or offering personalized training worksheets, all carried out from the completion of an initial anamnesis.
