About Mackenzie

I am a current Doctorate of Physical Therapy student with an extensive background in personal training and fitness. I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and am passionate about spreading my love and knowledge of fitness. I would love to help you develop your own fitness routine and begin your journey to a healthier you!

I use a very “hands-on” approach when teaching fitness session. Obviously in this new virtual world that can be a little tricky, so it is important that we have great communication. I will try to get to know you and your goals as best as possible before designing an individualized plan. I will also walk you through and demonstrate each exercise to make sure you have the best form.
