My name is Bruna, I'm 37 years old and I'm a physiotherapist with a degree in gynecology and obstetrics. I am trained in Pilates and worked with it for 10 years before moving to the USA. I've always been passionate about the Pilates method and I've managed to bring a lot of quality of life to my students throughout my career

You will take pleasant classes that will work all your body muscles, helping you to avoid pain and discomfort related to pregnancy and postpartum.
