About Michelle
I have previously studied music education at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and am also looking at pursuing a career in speech and language therapy, occupational therapy or music therapy - all closely related to education.
During my studies at RCS, I have studied child development and learning theories, and worked in primary and secondary schools delivering music lessons in classroom settings.
I am continuing professional learning throughout my gap year so that I can be best equipped to tutor efficiently, ensuring learners' needs are met all the way.

I teach piano on a 1:1 basis and can tailor lessons to each student based on their goals, whether you are playing for fun or in preparation for exams. This can mean that lessons cover multiple aspects of playing, from technical aspects such as scales and physical technique, to learning repertoire in various styles, to studying music theory.
