Piano, Aural and Music Theory tutor I had 8 classes every Saturdays and Sundays which lasted for 45 minutes each. I enjoyed having lessons with my students although I still needed to take care of my schoolwork.
My teaching is based on an interdisciplinary methodology which extends peoples understanding of music. I use technology and improvisation as a main practical tool that helps my students understand more all the theoretical aspects of music. Ι strongly encourage them to compose their own music and express themselves through this highly creative process.
I teach piano lessons mainly to children, but also some adults. Above all I see learning an instrument as a fun experience, it should be about enjoying the creative process.
I touch a lot of children for beginner level in Music school in Thailand and a few student in intermediate level. I ever assistance teacher to touch piano group. I teach playing each hand after that playing with both hand with singing notes and teach student enjoy with music more than concentrate to music notes.
I prefer improving all skills at the same time, to become a real musician but it’s on you if you don’t!
Whatever is inside the heart of learner will come out to piano by the techniques I will teach and making them to sing the songs
Hello! I am Sarah, I am 21 years old and a first year music student at the University of Glasgow. My goal is simply to guide and encourage pupils' interest in the instrument by making it enjoyable and stimulating. I will introduce the instrument, get the pupil to get to know the notes and some simple keys and scales and then begin introducing short tunes for the pupil to play.
I am a self taught musician and have been playing the piano for over 20 years. I play the piano by ear and am able to play many different songs and styles without having to read music. I can teach you to do the same. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach a number of styles on piano including, Blues, Jazz, Boogie Woogie, Ragtime, Pop, and Classical.
Want to improve your self confidence? Always wanted to learn how to sing or take part in a drama class? Well Helene enthusiastically creates a safe, fun and artist environment in which students can push their own boundaries, develop their skills and confidence whilst enjoying the wonderful world of theatre and music.
My teaching background is predominantly classical, but I adapt my methods to fit the precise learning requirements of the student, with other musical genres being an important aspect in this. Sight-reading, interpretation, and general musicianship are components of my lesson plan.
I usually teach starting with one hand at a time, then adding in the chords. It really helps to play at your own pace with both hands until you are confident enough to put in a rhythm. I am patient and encouraging to beginners but will not talk down as I understand how frustrating making mistakes can be in music.
