About Amelia
I have been overweight myself. I used to be a compulsive eater, so addicted to food, keep on eating even though I'm full, but one day, something changed me. I was determined to change. And since that day, my life has never been the same and has changed for the better. Come and learn what caused this change in me to happen, and how you can apply my experience on your fat loss journey!
