About Lynroy
I am an education Data Scientist specializing in guided Universal Design for Learning (UDL) applications, workforce development, and career management. I practice as a learning-technology ethnographer in both the public and the private sectors. He is chief architect of PlexLearning which is a framework for guided micro-learning and career pivoting along continuous life-long learning pathways. PlexLearning coalesces around management of stackable UDL curriculum units in mathematics, computer science and related areas for bridging careers, gateway skills development, agile technical retooling, and success in a fast pace 21st century workforce. I work with highly motivated people to achieve their learning objectives.
