In my classes, we focus on fluidity, musicality and quality of movements. I use slow somatic approach in my classes. We start with a 10 min warm-up (stretching and conditioning), 40 min pole elements/choreography, 5 min freestyle, 5 min cool down (gentle stretching). Perfect! Dana is a great teacher and super patient
Perfect! I really enjoy working with Anna. She has been so patient with me as I begin my pole journey. I feel so much improvement in just one day. She encourages you the whole time during class and makes sure you are executing every move correctly before moving on. I can’t wait to continue classes with her.
Perfect! Anna is so sweet and very knowledgeable! My experience is all over the place and she has been so non-judgemental and helpful in getting me on track! Highly recommend if your looking to take your pole dace to the next level!

I love classes with Anna! I took pole and flexibility classes with her, she was very attentive and skillful at guiding me through my pole journey. i was skeptical about online classes first, but it turned out to be very convenient taking classes from home. highly recommend her classes for fun and professional workout !
Great teacher with unique techniques
Anna is a wonderful pole teacher. She is very responsive and easy to coordinate with. She always has a great lesson planned complete with warm ups and cool downs. She teaches tricks and more flow like dance moves as well. Highly recommended :)
