About Yonca
I studied Sociology at the university. In other words I found my current job a bit late which I am passionate about.
I started to workout at home with Youtube videos but at some point they weren’t enough for me, so that is how I decided to learn how to teach Pilates. The more I was learning, the more I wanted to learn about human anatomy and movement strategies etc.
Then I started to learn different exercise disciplines like Functional Training and Animal Flow. I use all of them in my own weekly workout programmes.

We will be designing your lessons together according to your needs and wants.
In one lesson you can do pilates, and other lesson you can find yourself doing HIIT or Animal Flow.
Doing exercise should be something you enjoy, well at least after the lesson you should be feeling good about yourself :)
