About Siri
Hello! My name is Siri, and I studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Manchester. Throughout my studies, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of language and the role that critical reading, writing, and communication skills play in every field. Whether dissecting complex texts or crafting compelling arguments, I found that strong English skills were vital—and it’s this belief that fuels my passion for teaching English Literature and Language.
I understand that English can be a challenging subject, but I’m here to help students gain confidence and clarity in their studies. My goal is to provide a supportive, structured learning environment where students feel empowered to tackle even the most difficult topics. Together, we’ll work on techniques tailored to your unique strengths and areas for growth, whether you're preparing for GCSEs or A Levels.

Looking for support in English Literature or Language? I’m here to help! Whether you’re preparing for A levels or GCSEs, my approach focuses on adapting to each student’s unique strengths, needs, and goals to ensure effective and personalized learning.
Teaching Methodology
Every student learns differently, and I tailor my teaching style accordingly. My methods include:
Interactive Discussions to analyze texts and develop critical thinking.
Essay Structuring and Writing Techniques to improve clarity, style, and argumentation.
Revision Strategies and Exam Techniques specifically crafted for A level and GCSE requirements. I work to foster a supportive, engaging, and structured environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their best.
Lesson Structure
Each session lasts around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s schedule and preference. We focus on key topics, reviewing class materials and tackling challenging areas. Homework support and exam practice are also offered as part of the lessons.
