About Ornella
I’m a professional artist and educator with a passion for helping others grow through art. My background combines over a decade of classical atelier training under Maestro Francesco Santoro, a pupil of Giorgio de Chirico, with a BFA from The Cooper Union. Alongside my own studio practice, I’ve taught drawing and painting, mentored aspiring artists, and assisted with admissions at The Cooper Union, giving me firsthand insight into what makes a strong portfolio. Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time or preparing a competitive portfolio for art school, my goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, constructive feedback, and lessons tailored to your individual goals.

Whether you’re applying to art school, building a professional portfolio, or looking to strengthen your drawing and painting skills, I offer personalized one-on-one instruction tailored to your goals.
