About Marcos
My name is Marcos, an eternal student and lover of the Portuguese language. I live in Maceió-AL and I am a master's student in Theology and a graduate in Law.
I really enjoy reading, talking and drinking a good cup of coffee without sugar. I teach out of passion, because I understand that it is one of the best things we can do for others :)

My approach as a private tutor is student-centered: I believe that each person learns in a unique way, and so my classes are tailored to the goals, interests and needs of the learner. I am particularly passionate about developing conversation and awakening admiration for the richness of the Portuguese language, whether with foreign students who are taking their first steps in the language or with Brazilian students who need extra tutoring.
My classes are dynamic, interactive and contextualized. I use texts, music, videos and everyday situations to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. For foreigners, I focus on communication from the beginning, encouraging the practical use of the language in real situations. As for tutoring, I work in a patient and structured way, reinforcing school content and helping the student gain autonomy and confidence in their studies.
