About Mira
I am a lifelong learner and environmentalist, with a particular love for macrobiology and animal behavior ecology. I am a current Post-Graduate researcher in Biology in Auckland, New Zealand, and I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I was an exhibit interpreter for Zoo Atlanta, and a horticulturist for Georgia State University. My favorite subjects to tutor are Primate Behavioral Ecology and Evolutionary Development Biology.

My lessons are accessible and geared towards both new learners and experienced students. Lessons are generally one hour in length and cover ecological and biological concepts commonly found in university curriculums. The goal is to match the pacing and content of courses that students may already be taking, as a reinforcement for knowledge that they are expected to demonstrate in their assessments and exams. Biology and Ecology students of any level are particularly encouraged to participate, as well as Environmental Science and Conservation students at the University or High School level. Specific subjects are available upon request.
