About Biju

My name is Biju. I am a senior management professional in Dubai. I work in the educational industry. Acquiring and sharing knowledge is my passion. I believe in mutual learning through discussions and activities rather than one-sided lectures. I look at learning as a continuous process from year to year and therefore try to connect previous and future year concepts/ content.

About the lesson

I use a more engaging and mutually participative methodology. Concepts are taught from a “Why” perspective. It helps students understand the application of concepts and thus learning becomes permanent. Aligned with new CBSE methodology and future-ready learning. Kids enjoy discussions to learn rather than boring long lectures
