I am a software engineer turned into a Yoga Therapist. Afterseeing the life style of corporates for 8 years, decided to change the life style of the people and help them for a better life style. Hence taken up Yoga as my full time profession. And feeling happy to be a person helping others for promoting better physical, emotional and spiritual health.

I believe Yoga helps in balancing and helps in relaxing the body, mind and promoting positive health. I am teaching Yoga for general wellbeing and for people who are looking for spiritual growth. My classes include Sukshma vyayama, surya namakasar ( with variations), Asanas, Pranayama and relaxation techniques.
I am specialized in Yoga therapy for chronic disorders. Will take one on one sessions for Yoga therapy for Diabetes, Back ache life style disorders etc.special yoga sessions for managing stress and improve your focus. And also special breathing practices to improve your health. On demand I teach even the cleansing techniques (kriyas). On the whole I follow Traditional way of teaching Yoga with mantra chanting as well.
