About Joshua
Hi! I’m a friendly and patient tutor who believes lessons should be built around the student, not the other way around.
I tailor each lesson to your individual needs, learning style, and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Growing up in rural Newfoundland gave me a naturally caring and down-to-earth personality, and I try to bring that same friendly atmosphere into every lesson.
Whether you need help building confidence, understanding a difficult topic, or simply want someone patient to learn with, I’m happy to meet you where you’re at.
I’m a university student with a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC), and I have open availability.

I want every student to feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their lessons.
I’m patient, approachable, and happy to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
Your comfort and confidence matter just as much as the material we’re working on!
I work on building your understanding rather than guaranteeing a perfect grade!
