Also, sometimes we miss great minds or really gifted individuals because of our negligence. I would like to consider everybody as a unique individual.

I would like inculcate a friendly learning environment where students are given the attention that they need. Myself , as a teacher would only act as a guiding light and students themselves can decide the methodthey want to learn. Peer learning is the best method to inculcate the notion of sharing and dependency.
