My teaching method is based on positivity - encouraging students to gain as much confidence as possible to take risks in the rehearsal room and be spontaneous. We will initially focus on improving where the student feels their weaknesses lie before working on honing their craft and adding detail to their delivery of the script.
I am an MFA Acting student at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire studying Shakespeare, Psychological Realism and Contemporary Theatre. I have experience writing, directing and acting in shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, The Leicester Square Theatre, The Shaw Theatre, The Arcola Theatre and The Bloomsbury Theatre. I also work as a theatre reviewer for playstosee.com to stay on top of the current theatre scene and work on my ability to critique theatre for the purpose of constructively developing my teaching style and methodology.

She helps me with my English A Level! She is really good at teaching and I have her to thank for learning how to write an engaging essay!
Aggie gave me great notes and ideas for my essays. I’m in an MA level course and ended up with good comments from my professor because of her!
She’s also just the coolest and nicest person and working with her saved me a lot of time. 10/10 recommend
Aggie is a fantastic teacher who really listens to people and takes on their feedback to improve. She is naturally gifted at her subject but very friendly and understanding of those who struggle with English. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any student.
Highly recommend Aggie! Her skilled and diligent tutoring had my essay technique progressing with leaps and bounds. Her patience and humour created a wonderful learning environment, and I thoroughly enjoyed every session. Ideal teacher for any level!
