About Francis
I work as a contract distribution engineer for large energy electric utilities projects, power generation owners, and industrial clients. I struggled tremendously in Math my whole life; through hard work and focus, i was able to overcome those challenges that I thought was impossible. Many people know how to teach but few know the struggle. I've been in that position so I have become very patient in my learning process.
- I have been giving lessons for 5 years thus far, teaching student from middle school to college.

I graduated with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Math (something I will forever be proud of). My approach is to strengthen the information that students struggle with in order to master the harder topics. Every topic can be broken down into bite sized materials. Some students grasp every material quickly, while others like myself take awhile longer.
