About Gabriel
I am a practicing Civil Engineer with E.I. certification, currently on track to earn my P.E. license. My professional work focuses on transportation and water resources, where I apply the same problem-solving skills I strive to instill in my students. My academic journey began at Lafayette High School, where I graduated rank 1 in my class with a 4.2 GPA. I continued my studies at Louisiana State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BSE in Civil Engineering. While at LSU, I worked part-time as a tutor with the Department of Mathematics, helping students strengthen their foundations in algebra, trigonometry, precalculus, and physics. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to connect with students, meet them where they are, and guide them toward both understanding and confidence. Whether online or in-person, my lessons are tailored, approachable, and focused on making complex concepts clear.

As a practicing civil engineer with a BSE in Civil Engineering, I bring both real-world experience and a strong academic foundation to my tutoring.
