About Prajwal
I'm Prajwal Gupta, i wanted to share my knowledge with you guys because i know how it feels being skinny or overweighted coz few years back i was also very skinny my classmates used to bully me so i start hitting gym and lifting weights and now when i look back i see my footsteps and the hard work i did its pays me off and still many miles to go its all about consistency. So thats why i want to share my knowledge with you guys.
