Tranquillity of the mind and wellness of the body are the most important things in life. Good health and stillness of the mind can be maintained with regular practice. I have been teaching Pranayamas and Hatha Yoga the past 5 years. I am practicing about 14 years. Pranayama is part of Hatha Yoga practice. It will help to balance your life and create a new way of handling situations. I have experienced several positive benfits of Pranayamas and my students are very much sharing with me the same experience. It improves many areas in your life. It results improved stamina, decreased stess level and release muscle tension. Controlling your breathing rewires the brain and creates a different reaction in stressful situations. You will be able calming your mind more easily.
