About Pia
My name is Sophia! I'm currently a third-year student at the University of California, Merced. I've had 5 years of tutoring experience now, and 2 years as an AVID tutor. I'm able to work with kids of all ages, and specialize in career mentorship. I also have had students with learning disabilities and have found fun learning methods which offer an alternative to normal methods allowing these students to focus better. I was also in the International Baccalaureate program in high school, so I could help with IB/AP test preparations.

My daughter Eliana has high-functioning ADHD, and miss Sophia has helped her do good for her SATs and prepped for her IB exams. Because of her assistance my daughter was able to score a 6/7 on her HL Human Biology IB exam and 5 on her History HL IB exam. She is very patient and sweet.
