About Ellalou
I am a cancer survivor, of Pancreatic type. This lead to becoming a diabetic, type2. However the typical diabetic rescheme did not work for me. Insulin does not help me, medications do not work. So changing my diet was the best thing for me. I have been experimenting with various foods since 2010. Join me in creating a healthy way of eating to change your life!

My teaching method will be hands on. Kind of like a cooking show! the first lesson will be a get to know your eating habits. Then we will move onto the cooking, based off of your likes and dislikes.
