About Myka

I have catered my active work around my experiences with Early Childhood Education, specializing in working with and communicating with those younger students. I also have experience in the diversity of learning needs, so I can better support the student individually.

About the lesson

I worked as a Direct Support Professional in group homes with those who have different needs during their school week to help them have a more clear and elevated learning experience catered to their individual needs. I also have worked in Early Childhood Education with children between the ages of 2-5yrs.

I have known Myka for years. They have coached and tutored me when it came to helping me write my college papers when I was becoming a licensed teacher. They taught me many tips and tricks to work WITH my dyslexia and not against it. Some that I even teach my own students. Myka explains concepts clearly and concisely with kindness and understanding for those they work with. I hope by tutoring and working with students of their own, Myka can see how much of a wonderful teacher they are!
