About Ellen
I am currently studying Primary Education at the University of Aberdeen, due to my love for teaching and my genuine care for children. For the past two years, I have been volunteering in a primary classroom, supporting maths and reading groups across a range of ages and stages. I truly love working with children, and during school, I also worked part-time at a children’s toy and party shop — giving me plenty of hands-on experience engaging with young learners in fun and creative ways

Sessions range from one to two hours and can focus on the books and activities your child is currently working on in school. Alternatively, we can explore new or additional books to support their learning. Sessions may also include spelling activities and worksheets tailored to your child's needs. I have experience working in a primary classroom with children of all reading levels and learning speeds. Parents will receive a weekly feedback form to track their child's progress.
