About Alexandra

Hi, I’m Alex, a qualified primary school teacher with almost 7 years of experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. I am passionate about helping children build confidence and enjoy learning through engaging, personalised lessons tailored to their individual needs. Whether your child needs support in reading, writing or maths, I provide a patient, encouraging approach that helps them make progress while developing a love of learning. I have extensive experience supporting children of all abilities, including those with SEND, and I adapt my teaching to ensure every child can succeed.

About the lesson

Every lesson is carefully planned and tailored to your child’s individual needs, interests and learning style. I use a wide range of engaging, hands-on resources and activities to make learning enjoyable while building confidence and securing key skills. Lessons are adapted to your child’s current ability and pace, ensuring they are appropriately challenged and supported every step of the way. Whether they need to close gaps in learning, prepare for assessments or simply grow in confidence, I create a positive environment where every child can thrive.
