Primary teacher of nearly 20 years (predominantly in Yr6) offering quality teaching to those who want to learn!

Methodology

I teach through clear modelling, scaffolding and support, progressing to careful dismantling of scaffolding as confidence climbs. I aim to include a fun interactive approach to engage students and place great emphasis on developing a good quality relationship between tutor and student.

Experience

I am a fully qualified UK teacher educated to masters level and have worked in UK schools full time since I qualified. I have supplemented my work with private tutoring mainly up to Y6 SATS but I have, in addition, also tutored GCSE students successfully.
