I always start the first lesson depending on age and ability, gaging where the strength and weaknesses are and where you would like or need help.
I go through a topic or two during the session, and some practice question to finish. I like to set homework so you can go away and work on what we have learnt in the class. The following lesson we can go through the answers for the first 10 minutes and discuss any questions you may have.
I am to build on every session, by working in you own time will allow you to learn quickly and progress with your maths.
Hey there,
I have a masters in geology from Imperial College London. I have worked for 2 at BP oil and gas but have realised it is not for me and now I plan to join the Navy as a pilot.
In my spare time I am Light Aircraft Private Pilot. I also have a PADI diving license and RYA day skipper yacht license - I love to be out on the water or up in the sky whenever I can. I am obsessed with Crossfit and triathlon and I train 6 times a week around my hobbies. I also do some modelling for fun when I have the time, as well as write a blog on my recent travels.
I am a keen traveller and over the last five years have travelled to much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Japan, SE Asia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Oman, and nine countries in Central and South America.

Lily-Mae is a very smart, very patient, very clever person just to name a few.
As a colleague of Lily-Mae when she was in BP I could see all the qualities of Lily-Mae and I am very confident she can be an excellent and trustworthy tutor. I also noticed during that time that she embraced very quickly the top 5 values of BP which are Excellence, Respect, Courage, One team and Safety.
Again I am confident she will be an excellent tutor for all Superprof members and will be a very benficial asset added to yoru team.
I've known Lily-Mae for a couple of years. She demonstrates outstanding commitment in everything I've seen her do, has been totally reliable, is super organized, and always goes the extra mile to achieve results. Lily-Mae has a wide range of interests and experiences, loads of energy, infectious enthusiasm and an engaging personality - a combination that seems to enable her to quickly build relationships with almost anyone!
I have known Lily-Mae for ~7 years and was her tutor at University, and over the years I have seen Lily-Mae working with her peers and working as an undergraduate tutor in a number of subject areas at undergraduate level. Lily-Mae is a very kind and patient tutor and able to adapt her teaching style to a variety of situations. This enables her to reach all students at their levels and be a very effective tutor. She has a real talent for teaching and her excellent subject knowledge shines through with her enthusiasm to pass knowledge on. She is an excellent tutor and I am delighted to recommend her to you.
