My Preference during teaching is to let the Child Explore his thinking Process. Instead of Giving a Boring Lecture I try to Create a learning Situation with real life Examples, Activity and Audio Visual Tools. I also try different Things while assessing the Knowledge Gained during Class, For eg Organizing a Friendly Quiz. Where students Prepare their Questions.
