About Shanie
I am a multi-disciplinary expressionist artist who practices in multi-media installation. I use paintings, drawings, sculptures, videos, photography and all sorts to create imagery spaces known as installation art. I believe that expression is a basic human need and drawing is one of many sustained ways to do it.

Lessons include traditional styles such as still life and contemporary styles like cubism and anime. I've developed these skills during my BFA w/hons degree (2018-2021). Drawing is putting on canvas using medium what you see/want. I'm vague here with the words canvas and medium. This is because any substance can be used to draw on any surface (with permission - lol) for it to be a drawing. **there is no first free lesson - Superprof recommendation for beginner tutors**** Standard supplies provided. Eg, pen, paper, paints, brushes, aprons Session availability Tuesday - Friday 10am-10pm Weekends - negotiable Recommended lesson length - 1 Hr, 1.5 Hr, 2 Hr

I've had many tutors in my time and i have to say that Shanie is my personal favourite ! She is clear of what needs to happen & has a great understanding of her work but also can teach you life lessons you didn't know you needed (as a bonus). I fully recommend anyone to take this opportunity to learn with this amazing, down to earth humam being. She is very approachable and willing to assist in anyway she can!
