Hello everyone ! I am a bilingual youngster (FR / EN) and have just obtained my yoga teacher certificate in March 2017 200 hours at the Yoga Alliance. I taught during this training to more than 40 people of any age. The practice of yoga is part of my daily life for several years but I need to practice the "teacher" side. That's why I offer my courses at very low prices to allow me to take the experience and offer you relaxing sessions which will allow you to escape the time of an hour out of our busy life :) I concentrate Specifically on the well-being and relaxation of my students and remain at your disposal for all your questions. I will gladly move to your home or you can present yourself at home. I have carpets as well as accessories to help you practice with ease.
