About Simran

As an architect, visual storytelling has always been at the heart of my work. Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate how essential tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are—not just for creating beautiful visuals, but for communicating ideas clearly and powerfully. I started teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping others gain confidence in their creative skills and it’s something I wish I had when I was in Architecture school!

About the lesson

I offer hands-on, practical lessons in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. My teaching style is focused on real-world application—perfect for students, professionals, and creatives who want to enhance their visual presentation skills. Each session is customised to your goals, whether you're preparing a portfolio, designing layouts, editing images, or simply looking to improve your software skills. I integrate architectural insight into the creative process, giving you a structured yet flexible learning experience. What you can expect: 1. Clear, project-based instruction 2. Tips and shortcuts for faster workflows 3. Guidance on visual hierarchy and layout principles 4. Feedback tailored to your style and progress
